Advantages of the newer X10 is its waterproof which definitely enhances the usability of any phone. A key selling point of the X9 design was how thin it was and that is also true of the X10 but the X9 is slightly thinner. Screen is 5" on the

However being water proof does have a cost the battery cannot be removed for sealing purposes so a replacement is not an option. You may argue that the X10 battery is bigger which is a fair point but then you have to factor in display size a larger display uses more power.

Both are running the same android 4.4 operating system with no current signs of lollipop. MediaTek's 6592M processor clocked at 1.4GHZ with 2 Gigabytes of Ram and 16 gigabytes of Rom space. On paper the performance is exactly the same a test is needed to find out true performance and thus label one superior. Although I Now have results for the X10 I can tell you the score for the X9 is over 9,000 I mean 29,000 and the Cubot X10 Score is on this page.
